This product is lovingly handmade to order - please allow 4-5 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. All orders placed BEFORE Sunday 17th November will be shipped with enough time to arrive for Christmas, unless order spots are filled sooner - updates will be made via Instagram. If you do not require your order for Christmas, please mention this in the notes of your order.

Handmade Knitted Wire Words
Approx size:
(H) 14-16cms (depending on upper/lower case letters and tall/short letters)
(L) Length will vary depending on the amount of letters in your chosen name or word
Due to the handmade nature of these items, sizes and shapes may vary.
Colour availability may also vary depending on the yarn available.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Choose the amount of letters you will need for your word/name
2. Add a note in the box above with the name/word and which colour you would like
Eg. "5 letter name - Halle; Colour - baby pink"
"4 letter name - Luca; Colour - baby blue"

IMPORTANT: If you would like TWO SEPERATE WORDS these must be added to your cart SEPARATELY.
Eg. “Baby Smith” or “Halle-May” will need to be added to you cart as 2x 4-7 letter words. It can not be added as 1x 8-10 letter word. For hyphenated names, you will be provided with an extra little piece to use as the hyphen. Orders that are not placed correctly will be contacted via email to cover the remainder cost.
If you would like a heart added onto the end of your word/name please leave a note at checkout saying "please add heart onto word". There is no extra charge for this.
PLEASE ensure that spelling is correct before checking out as all custom names/words will be made according to how it is spelt in the note (including capital and lowercase letters). If you need further help with choosing colours, please do not hesitate to contact us via Instagram DM (@jayeandco_) prior to ordering.
NOTE: These items are very delicate and must be handled with care. There is a possibility that the wire MAY become exposed. To fix this, very gently adjust the yarn to cover the wire. We recommend small nails or 3M hooks to hang your Jaye & Co items. DO NOT use Blu-Tak, Velcro, tape or anything sticky as it may damage your item.

The email you received is an automatic review email that states your order was fulfilled 14 days ago. As you are an international cutsomer (I am based in Sydney, Australia) you may not have received your order just yet as international delivery can take time.
